The MyAmego System includes a process that enables the carer in consultation with the user to set up service to meet their unique needs. A framework is provided that is based on the statutory principles of the Mental Capacity Act for assessing and recording the decision making process, including authorization for access to the user’s data. Using this process ensures that the best interests of the service user are protected.
